Order Cancellation
Cancellation Timeframe:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once 24 hours have passed, the order cannot be canceled as it may have already been processed.

Our customer service team will confirm the cancellation and provide further instructions if applicable.
Refund for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled within the allowed timeframe (within 24 hours of placing the order), you will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been processed and shipped.
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
