1. Eligibility for Returns:
   • The return process must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
   • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
   • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
   • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during shipping or if there is a mismatch of the product. No other excuses will be allowed if the correct product is ordered.
2. Conditions for Return:
   • Damaged During Shipping: If your product arrives damaged, you must provide a proper video of the unboxing showing the damage clearly.
   • Product Mismatch: If there is a mismatch of the product, returns are accepted, provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
   • Unacceptable Reasons for Return: We do not accept returns for reasons such as “I don’t like this one” or “I want another.” As we are solely the sellers of the products, we urge you to carefully read all product details before making a purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Custom-made or personalized items.
   • Items on sale or clearance.
   • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
4. Return Process:

5. Shipping:

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

2. Good Lighting: Make sure you have adequate lighting so that the product and any potential damages are clearly visible.
3. Clean Area: Clear a space to perform the unboxing, free from clutter.

Recording the Video:

• Continuous Recording: Start recording before you open the package and continue without pauses until the package is fully opened and the product is inspected.
• Show Package Condition: Capture the external condition of the package, showing all sides and any visible damages.
• Label and Seals: Clearly show the shipping label and any seals or tape used to secure the package.
• Opening the Package: Record the entire process of opening the package, ensuring that the package’s contents are visible as you remove them.
• Inspect the Product: Once the product is out of the package, inspect it closely. Show all angles of the product and highlight any damage or discrepancies.
• Product Details: Capture close-ups of any damaged areas or mismatches with the order.
• Additional Items: If there are any accessories or additional items included with the product, ensure they are also shown in the video.

Submitting the Video:

• File Format: Ensure the video is in a commonly accepted format such as MP4, MOV, or AVI.
• File Size: Keep the video file size reasonable to facilitate easy uploading and sharing.
