Due to the nature of our collector models and the need to source from distributors worldwide, delivery times vary based on the availability of the product.

1. Standard Delivery:
   • Products Sourced from Distributors: Delivery time is 21-24 business days after order processing.
   • Products In Stock: Delivery time is 7-14 business days after order processing.
   • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and weight of the package. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

2. Lost Packages:
